About the Bank

The Joint-Stock Bank Kyivska Rus was established on May 30, 1996. The Bank offers a wide range of banking services on the grounds of the Ukrainian National Bank Licence No 19, dated January 14, 2002 and the Permit No 19-5, dated June 4, 2010.

Pursuant to the Independent Credit Rating Agency, the Bank’s credit rating – ua BBB – is “Stable”.

As of January 01, 2009 the Bank’s authorized capital forms UAH 276,080 million.

The Bank has got 135 structural subdivisions throughout Ukraine (6 branches and 129 outlets).

The Joint-Stock Bank Kyivska Rus is a member of the first UkrSWIFT Stock Exchange, the Guarantee Deposit Fund, Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange, a participant of the Ukrainian PFTS Stock Exchange, a shareholder of the All-Ukrainian Securities Depository.
