Regional Network

01.01.2012 our bank has 131 locations all over Ukraine, including Kyiv region: 14 departments and 1 affiliate branch in Kyiv, 19 departments and 1 affiliate branch (Bohuslav) in Kyiv region.

2010 and January 2011 development dynamics.

During 2010 the JSB “Kyivska Rus” followed clear thinking policy of new departments and affiliated branches opening. In 2010 we opened one affiliated branch in Illichivsk (the Black Sea affiliated branch) and 14 departments in different regions of Ukraine. 6 departments were opened in Lviv region departments, 2 departments in Zakarpattya region (Mukachevo), and one department in each of the following regions: Poltava, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lugansk, Donetsk, Odesa and Kyiv region. While opening new departments we prefer small departments that provide commission services (settlement and cash services, currency exchange).

Along with new departments opening we re-arranged existing regional network. As the result we closed 16 non-profitable departments in different regions of Ukraine.

In January 2011 we opened three departments: 2 in Lviv and one in Mykolaiv.

• 31.12.2006 – 49 (affiliated branches – 6, departments - 43);
• 31.12.2007 – 107 (affiliated branches – 13, departments - 94);
• 31.12.2008 – 136 (affiliated branches – 10, departments – 126);
• 31.12.2009 – 137 (affiliated branches – 6, departments – 131);
• 31.12.2010 – 136 (affiliated branches – 7, departments - 129);
• 31.12.2011 – 131 (affiliated branches – 5, departments - 126).

Affiliated branches reduction is due to their re-arrangement.

Bank’s regional network has locations all over Ukraine.

01.01.2012 bank departments and affiliated branches are located in 18 regions of Ukraine, including the Crimea, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Vinnytsa, Volyn, Zakarpattya, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lugansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Poltava, Ternopol, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and the city of Kyiv. In 2010 the JSB “Kyivska Rus” closed its affiliated branch in Khmelnytskiy region as there was no potential of its further development.
