Sharp Arrow Holdings Limited (Cyprus) is a foreign strategic partner of the Joint-Stock Bank Kyivska Rus.

Sharp Arrow Holdings Limited has the greatest share in the Bank’s capital. The company was established in 2000 and specializes in the investment activity. Its owners are foreign investment funds (Growth Management Limited and SFL Clover Limited), which have more than 10 years of experience of successful investment in the developing markets of the world and specialize in technologies of the international financing, marketing and banking, especially in countries of Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union.

GML Capital LLP, the investment adviser of the Growth Management Fund Limited (established in 1998) has been working in the Ukrainian market for more than 16 years. GML is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (the "FSA"), the United Kingdom regulator of all financial services institutions. This organization attracts financial resources for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Kyiv City Sate Administration and the leading commercial banks of Ukraine. In particular, it works as a financial adviser.

The Investment Group of Signet companies is an investment consulter of SFL Clover Limited (founded in 2005). The companies specialize in management of funds being invested in the other funds. Signet controls more than 3 billion dollars of assets. The company’s offices are placed in Lausanne, London, Washington, Sao Paulo and Hong Kong.

Foreign investors are sure they can help the Bank to appear in the International Funds Market and increase quality of its services, making a significant contribution to the development of new investment products.

The other shareholders of the Bank are entities and individuals-residents of Ukraine.
