Work Experience: Partner of the OMP Legal Company. Specialization: agricultural law, land law, real estate and construction, financial and banking law, fiscal law. Mykola Orlov is at the head of the large-scale international real estate projects, provides consultancy in land law, construction financing, currency exchange regulation and taxation issues. He has great experience in cooperation with the state bodies of Ukraine. In 2010 Mykola Orlov entered a list of the best 100 lawyers of Ukraine according to the rating of the Kyiv Legal Newspaper daily. He is the author of a great number of publications and seminars, covering the issues of taxation and currency exchange regulation as well as the land law.
