The regulatory framework of organization and administration of the House Building Financing Fund is the Law of Ukraine “On Financial and Credit Mechanisms and Property Management during House Building and Real Estate Transactions” ¹ 978-IV, dated June 19, 2003.

Pursuant to the Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On Financial and Credit Mechanisms and Property Management during House Building and Real Estate Transactions” in case of the natural person's need to withdraw from the House Building Financing Fund, the Estate Manager pays back money at the expense of the previously formed operating reserve taking into account the amount of measuring units of the investment medium and the current cost of the measuring unit of this investment medium. Fulfillment of commitments by the Developer is ensured by mortgage in compliance with the building agreement. |
