Terms and conditions of lending the individuals according to the Products by Instalments Program

Fee for transferring funds to the seller's account is 3% of the loan amount.

The Borrower should be not younger than 21 years old at the moment of drawing upon the loan and not older than 60 years old at the moment of loan repayment.

The loan is granted only via transferring funds from the Borrower's loan account to the shop's current account.

Documents to be provided to get a loan:

• a passport and ID of the Borrower, his wife/her husband (legal or de facto);
• marriage certificate;
• reference on the Borrower's incomes for the last six months (certificate of salary, reports/declarations, registration documents);
• certificate of loan debts from another bank, certificate of debt service quality (if there are existing loans at the moment applying for drawing upon the loan within the JSB Kyivska Rus);
• an invoice;
• other documents at the Bank's request.

The loan is granted to the Borrower if there is a written consent of a wife/husband (legal or de facto). 

The Guarantor presents the same list of documents.
