JSB Kyivska Rus is a professional participant of the Stock Market of Ukraine. The Bank offers favourable terms for opening of a securities account and its servicing, taking into consideration the clients’ needs and requirements on funds investment in securities.
JSB Kyivska Rus carries out the following deposit operations:
- administrative;
- accounting;
- information.
Residents of Ukraine are to provide the following list of documents to open a securities account:
- an application for opening of a securities account;
- securities account form;
- a certificate of state registration of the legal entity;
- a certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine (a notarized copy or a copy, attested by the issuing body or by an authorized person of the Bank);
- a copy of articles of association, notarized or certified by a registering body;
- copies of documents that certify appointment of persons who have the right to act on behalf of the entity without power of attorney;
- a script or notarized copy of a document that contains information on bank details and a number of the current account;
- cards with samples of signatures of the securities account managers and a stamp printed and notarized or certified by a director of the legal entity;
- the individual-account manager presents a passport or the other document that attests a person in accordance with the legislation requirements.
Non-residents of Ukraine are to provide the following list of documents to open a securities account:
- an application for opening of a securities account;
- securities account form;
- a copy of an authorized extract from the trade, bank and court register or a copy of a registration certificate, issued by the local authorities of a foreign country;
- copies of authorized documents that certify powers of persons who have the right to act on behalf of the entity without power of attorney;
- a script or notarized copy of a document that contains information on bank details and a number of the current account;
- cards with samples of signatures of the securities account managers and a stamp printed and notarized or certified by a director of the entity;
- the individual-account manager presents a passport or the other document that attests a person in accordance with the legislation requirements.
The Client acquires the status of a depositor of the securities custodian institution after opening of a securities account.
JSB Kyivska Rus does not divulge information on the depositors' securities and state of their securities account. Information on securities and state of securities account is not provided to the third parties without depositor’s consent.
